Guests are greeted with a welcome pack of essential items. Linen and towels are provided and electricity and water costs are included. 30% deposit payable at time of booking. Remainder payable six weeks before start of holiday. In case of cancellation, all efforts will be made to re-let the property but if this is not possible, any monies paid cannot be refunded. You are responsible for insurance cover for your holiday.
