Availability
and price
 A 30% deposit is payable at time of booking with the remainder payable six weeks before start of holiday. In case of cancellation, all efforts will be made to re-let the property but if this is not possible, any monies paid cannot be refunded. You are responsible for insurance cover for your holiday.
For clients based on the Continent, prices will be quoted in Euros at time of booking

Guests
are greeted with a welcome pack of essential items. Linen and towels
are provided and electricity and water costs are included.
